Receipt of tuition fee from the college
or from the counselor of admissions. |

Most recent passport size photo of the
applicant. |

7 |
Family income certificate from the Mandal revenue
officer or concerned department. |

Scholarship pledge form signed by the
applicant (Click on "PLEDGE FORM" at top of the page). |

Marks list for each academic year during
college. |

Two letters of recommendation from college teaching staff. |
